Upcoming Mum and Baby Yoga Courses:

Mum & baby yoga (Term time courses):

 

§    A yoga course designed for new Mums and babies from 6 weeks to crawling (10 weeks for forceps/ vonteuse/ caesarean deliveries).                   

§    A course to support you recover from labour and restore your energy

§    Touch, movement and play for baby

§    No previous yoga experience necessary

§    Classes are tailored to suit your body and stage of recovery.

§    Classes include:

o   physical postures and gentle stretches for mum

o   movement, touch and play for baby

o   relaxation and bonding time

 

o   time to socialise and share experiences with other new mums

Benefits of postnatal/ mum and baby yoga:

§    Movements and postures to rebuild core strength

§    Relieves tension, aches and pains

§    Techniques and practices to reduce stress

§    Assists babies physical development and eases colic and constipation

§    Time out for mum and baby to bond together
